Core consulting services
New migrant settlement
Structured general-information support for individuals and families establishing residence: Medicare and TFN sequencing, banking expectations, schooling and transport context, and when to engage an AFSL licensee for protection or super decisions. We are not a migration agency.
Cross-border business
Orientation for Hong Kong and Macau entrepreneurs on Australian registration concepts, director duties, professional coordination (legal, tax, accounting), and operational compliance touchpoints before you commit to structures.
Financial regulation education
Workshops on AFSL licensing, advice categories, FSG/PDS/SOA documents, conflicts and AFCA — for migrants, directors and professional firms.
AFSL-compliant referrals
Consent-based introductions to licensees when personal product advice is required, with disclosure and written handover.
Additional support services
Compliance readiness
KYC/AML document packs and meeting agendas for banks and licensees — reducing deferrals caused by incomplete evidence.
Market orientation
Pre-licensee briefings on super, insurance categories and questions to ask — general information only.

How we scope and price
Every engagement begins with a written scope: deliverables, exclusions, timeline and fee (fixed or hourly). We do not quote product premiums or investment returns. Combined programmes (settlement plus readiness, for example) are packaged where that is more efficient than separate micro-engagements.
Service descriptions are general information, not personal financial product advice. Product recommendations come from AFSL licensees after proper disclosure.
Exclusions across all services
We do not: lodge visas; prepare court documents; lodge tax returns; recommend specific securities, insurers or super funds; guarantee licensee approval; or act as a dispute resolver for licensee conduct.
