Generally no. We provide consulting and general information. Personal advice on financial products is provided by AFSL licensees or authorised representatives we may introduce with your written consent. We will tell you before any meeting if we believe your matter requires licensed advice.

No. Registered migration agents lodge visas. Australian legal practitioners prepare incorporation documents and lodge ASIC forms. We explain processes, sequencing and questions to ask those professionals.

Fees are quoted in writing before work begins — fixed fee for defined deliverables or hourly for exploratory matters. Factors include household size, number of workshop participants, cross-border complexity, and whether readiness document review is included. Request a quote with a short factual summary.

No. Many clients use consulting only. You may choose your own licensee. We disclose material referral benefits where they exist.

Yes. We serve clients Australia-wide by phone and video from our Crows Nest office. In-person meetings are available by appointment.

Sessions are primarily in English with plain-language explanation of Australian regulatory terms. We can structure discussions for clients from Hong Kong and Macau backgrounds and note language preferences for licensee introductions where relevant.

Visa grant summary (general terms), recent correspondence about your objective, and any adviser or bank letters causing confusion. Do not email full passport numbers or card details — we will advise secure transfer if needed.
